Alessandra Stea has been working at Private Equity Partners since 1999, where she is Director as well as and responsible for the Warsaw representative office.

She graduated with honors in Economic and Social Sciences at Università Bocconi in Milan, and attended the JP Morgan Financial Analyst Training Course in New York.
