Alessandra Rollandi is a director at Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. (TIP); she joined TIP in 2010. Her previous professional experiences are in the M&A teams of Mediobanca and Ernst & Young Financial-Business Advisors. During her career she has focused on M&A transactions, including cross border deals, and she has acquired significant skills in scouting, financial structuring and execution of equity investments, both for TIP and for TIP investee companies. She has been focused on the luxury, retail and design sectors.

She graduated with honours from Università Commerciale Bocconi with a Master’s Degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance and Control and with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management.
