A masterpiece in the sky. This is how the private residence on the 55th floor of the prestigious One Madison residential tower in New York is presented, an interior project entirely curated by Dexelance USA.

The living space extends over more than 300 square meters, the result of a complete renovation. Located in the heart of the Flatiron District, this home appears almost suspended above the city, offering a 360‑degree view of Madison Square Park, the rivers and the Manhattan skyline.

From the Dexelance portfolio, furnishings were selected according to the highest standards of luxury and craftsmanship. The living area is dominated by the soft curves of the René sofa by Meridiani, accompanied by two armchairs from the same brand in a deep blue that echoes the spectacular surrounding panorama. In the dining area, a sophisticated Saba dining table sits beneath a luminous sculpture by Gervasoni. Also by Saba are the iconic Pixel sofa in the reading room and the bed in the corner master suite, a true oasis of relaxation. Elegant Turri armchairs complete the office area. Every room is enveloped in the atmospheric lighting of Davide Groppi’s creations.

In this project, the imposing architecture of the skyscraper blends with meticulously crafted Italian design, celebrating the art of fine living.
